MUXE Hires Customer Support Staff & Establishes Partners, Consultants
The MUXE team values stating the importance of events that show progress within our team, our community and our entire organization. Striving to make positive change every step of the way, we have taken our first step in making an operational presence. We are very proud to establish our customer support staff, partners and consultants which wholeheartedly support the MUXE Project.
Upon joining our Telegram group t.me/MUXEproject , anyone will come to realize that our customer support is exceptional. The MUXE team understands that if we are able to provide the best service we can, we will keep our community pleased with our services. Within the MUXE telegram group, there are highly experienced individuals that are able and willing to answer questions that members may have at any time. Conceptualizing this, we collectively decided to have a team dedicated to answer all of your questions by simply dialing in.
The customer support team will be able to answer all of our customers inquiries and concerns including; how to navigate our website muxe.io or how to purchase tokens. The customer service support staff will be based in the Netherlands, operating between the hours of 9:00 till 17:30 Central European Time (CET). A further announcement will be made about the head of our customer support group, later this week.
While we take gradual steps into progress, we received support from many consultants and partners for the MUXE project every step of the way. Our team’s integral goal is to receive support from our investors, our customers and our stakeholders. Flexchain among other consultants and partners, have established their business with our project and they have made it clear that they will be working with our team in the long run. Receiving this kind of support not only challenges us to do better but be greater.
