MUXE Takes Different Approaches in Communication
The MUXE team has become frantically busy trying to get everything perfect for the continuation of the pre pre ICO that we were losing track of important developments. To counter this we hired an independent contractor to handle a lot of the day-to-day tasks that we have been doing ourselves. The team has been more focused on public relations than on working on the project itself that we needed to do something like that in order to focus.
We will be in the Telegram chat answering questions and handling day-to-day interactions with the community. The contractor will be dealing with formal customer inquiries and other things in involving customer involvement in addition to helping us with community strategy.
MUXE is particularly excited for that because we are always looking to improve and change things that are either wrong or just not working. Constant and consistent improvement should be the goal of any project or business and we at MUXE strive to make sure that that is what we are doing every day.
We would also like to discuss some payment processing issues that some people may have had. As of now we are getting every payment and taking note of everything we are getting. In specific there was a customer complaint about how PayPal was stuck in payment processing status and that is perfectly normal. The transaction itself will show as settled once we distribute the tokens and the transaction is registered as “complete”. If there are any other issues with any of the other payment processing methods please let us know. Your feedback is pivotal to making sure the ICO goes as planned. As a secondary to that, we won’t know of any issues unless our community tells us.
